Cancellation Policy
Embodying Tantra Program and Intro Workshops
All payments must be received in full (unless other arrangements have been made prior to the day of the event) before beginning the event or session.
If Shamaya Tantra cancels a workshop, event, or training for any reason, we will provide you a full refund of your program fees. No administration fee will be charged.
Registration fees will refunded if the registrant cancels more than 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop or event (Subject to an admin fee of $25). Cancellations made 14-30 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund. (Subject to an admin fee of $25)
No refunds will be provided if the registrant cancels on the day of or is a “no-show” at the workshop.
Cancellations up to the day prior to the workshop start date are eligible for a transfer of tuition under the following terms:
Subject to an admin fee of $25
All tuition credits expire 12 months after the date of payment
Credits are non-transferrable and must be used by the original registrant
Location and availability of workshops is not guaranteed
Tuition is not transferrable to the following events:
Tantric Speed Dating
Private sessions
