I have a Bachelor of Commerce and completed the CA Chartered Accountancy Program and worked with a Big 4 Accounting firm before running my own business consulting practice.
I’ve been a guide on the Tantric path since 2014 and spoken to audiences in Canada, the US, and Asia in settings all the way from boardroom to beachside.
I offer a blend of practicality, groundedness and deeply rooted spirituality. My work integrates elements of Hatha Yoga, Classical Indian Tantra, Taoist Tantra, Neo-Tantra, Osho style body awareness practices, energy work, intimacy skills, alternatives to couples therapy and sex therapy, and Shadow Work™.

My approach to Tantra
I officially discovered Tantric sadhana in 2012. My approach to Tantra integrates all I've learned in my life. This includes elements of Hatha Yoga, classical Indian Tantra, Taoist Tantra, Neo-Tantra, Osho-style body awareness practices, energy work, and working with our shadows. Most of my events and workshops fall under the spectrum of White Tantra or conscious relating, while my coaching sessions for individuals and couples, as well as my work with Tantric ritual, can take other forms.
You can also find me facilitating at festivals. I'm one of the founders of the Canadian Tantra Festival, and have presented at the Heart of Tantra Festival, One World Tantra Festival and others.
